Week six : murmurings and music

Nilesh has started murmuring aa oo and some more sounds. When he cries he says words like ings, amma etc. At times he is very sleepy, at times he wants to continuously drink milk. He sees face very well and listens to what we speak. So every night I sing two hyms for him. "Happiness happiness" and "good manners" song. At times he cries so loudly when he becomes very hungry, need to control him by speaking or making some sounds with toys. He gets very afraid of being put in the bath tub and holds our dress tightly. If he cries he first hits with his right hand then presses his lips and starts crying. If he is more annoyed he starts hitting his leg hard.

Week 5 :Roll over

He started moving slightly from last week and more often this week. He slides from his mini bed to main bed and sometimes makes half chakra. Nilesh can now recognise our face very well and gives a deep look. If he is awake early morning, he plays in the light of night lamp and keeps making 'uuu' sound. சாகசம்  à®ªுà®°ிவான் என் மனதை வெல்வான்.

Week 4: Recognising sounds

Nilesh always lifts one of his hand up while crying. That posture reminds me of the tamil song "vaala meenukum velanga meenukkum kalyanam ..". He turns his head in the direction of sound and started looking at our face and listening to what we speak. He still wakes in the night time and my night shifts continue. He is intrested in listening to songs and henc and I have started singing some hyms for him. Sarvesh tells his fingures are very cute and tiny and shakes his hands. He is very eager to lift nilesh, we have asked him to wait until he is five months old.

week 3: New year

Nilesh sees the first new year 2018, others  at home went to see the new year fireworks. I saw fireworks from my window. I felt the best gift of 2017 was nilesh. Thanks to master for the little one. I used to call nilesh as "kutti vaadhi'(kutti vadhyar) At times he keeps one of his hand on his forehead while sleeping.

Week two : naming ceremony

Trying to improve in nursing, though discharged from hospital, jaundice counts are still higher than the normal range. We had a small function at home on the eleventh day, first time he was given bath at home. My parents are with us and my cousin sister and her family joined us for the function. We call it punyojanam, though we did not follow any ritual.

Week one

We were discharged on the third day, we were so happy to have a new member in our family. Sarvesh becomes the big brother. Hope they remain best friends forever :) This time I personally went to purchase baby items one week before his birth. As usual like all new borns, the first week saw nilesh with difficulties in nursing and he lost weight. We went for follow up check for nilesh and found he was having jaundice, since the count was high he had to be admitted for phototherapy, the whole day was very hectic physically and mentally. It was sad to leave a five day old in hospital, i had to express milk and take it to hospital periodically. Second day when I went there early morning, he was looking very bright and good due to oil massage and phototherapy. He was lying in side with pampers and wearing a coolers and looked like a super hero :) :) Medicine is a noble profession and my heartfelt thanks to all those who helped me in surgery and those who took care of nilesh.

Naming by master

The little one's picture was sent to master on the same  day by email and master kamlesh ji named him "Nilesh".Nilesh means Krishna. I wanted to have some name with Krishna because we visited Mathura during pregnancy. The name selected by master not only means Krishna but also ends with esh same  as Venkatesh and sarvesh. Thank you master

Day of birth

On the thirteenth of December 2018, Wednesday 5.42 pm was born my second son in Zulekha hospital, Dubai. The little one weighed 3.1 kgs and was 48 cm long. I underwent a surgery with local anesthesia so was very much aware of his birth and his first cry:). After washing him the doctor kept his cheeks on mine. It was another magical moment in life. His birth was totally by the grace and blessings of master Kamlesh Patel because I was affected by gallstone problem during conception. Thank you master for taking us through all the way.
