Week one

We were discharged on the third day, we were so happy to have a new member in our family. Sarvesh becomes the big brother. Hope they remain best friends forever :)
This time I personally went to purchase baby items one week before his birth.

As usual like all new borns, the first week saw nilesh with difficulties in nursing and he lost weight.
We went for follow up check for nilesh and found he was having jaundice, since the count was high he had to be admitted for phototherapy, the whole day was very hectic physically and mentally. It was sad to leave a five day old in hospital, i had to express milk and take it to hospital periodically.
Second day when I went there early morning, he was looking very bright and good due to oil massage and phototherapy. He was lying in side with pampers and wearing a coolers and looked like a super hero :) :)

Medicine is a noble profession and my heartfelt thanks to all those who helped me in surgery and those who took care of nilesh.

We took his first passport photograph in studio for visa and passport processing. He was awake as expected and the process was smooth.

Special memories months 12 to 15

Nilesh took little extra time to walk , it was almost 14 months when he walked few steps all by himself, he used to walk forward, backwards and sideways, we were eagerly waiting to watch him from 12 months and it happened one fine evening when he was 14 min old. He is such a lovely kid.if we are seated n sofa he used to sit in our legs and enjoy while we lift our legs up and down singing “tennamarathula reads”. Week 9: vaccination ,growth spruts and wide smile game

Nilesh had sixty days vaccination,in both his thighs. He did cried but I consoled him quickly with his toys. Nilesh was in a serious mood, I tried to talk with him and said "smile" "wide smile " he smiled immediately.i told this four times and he smiled four times widely.  He was little fussy in the night in the days 60 to 63. He cried a lot and wanted to lean on shoulder. He would cry if we change position. We read this was growth spurts.
